Blenheim Palace

History plays an important role in our life. It tells us about the historic places and famous personalities of the world. I have read in my history book that Blenheim Palace is old heritage and it has a really huge building as well. My school fellows also suggest I arrange a trip for them. As I was the CR of the class, so it was my responsibility. All school fellows wrote an application and give it to the Principal. The Principal allowed us on the trip. After accepting our application, our teachers arranged company cab service for us. company cab service is providing best service, that is the reason our teachers arranged it for us. A day was specified for a trip. On the specified day, we reached the airport. Our teachers were already present there with company cab services.

The cab drivers welcomed us with smiling faces. The drivers took our luggage and place it in the trunk of the cab. One cab was specified for teachers, and the others were specified for students. After sitting in the cabs, we moved towards Blenheim Palace from Gatwick Airport. We asked the driver to play the music of our own choice so that we can enjoy it ourselves. In the company of friends, we don’t feel any boring situation. After 2 hours, we reached Blenheim Palace.

The Palace was really awesome, its building was very huge and wide. The palace is in England. It is the Dukes of Marlborough's home, as well as England's only non-royal, non-episcopal country house with the title of palace. Built between 1705 and 1722, the palace was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987. It is one of the largest houses in England.

The palace takes its name from the 1704 Battle of Blenheim, and thus from the Bavarian town of Blindheim (also known as Blenheim). It was intended as a reward for John Churchill, 1st Duke of Marlborough's military victories over the French and Bavarians during the War of the Spanish Succession, culminating in the Battle of Blenheim. The land was given as a gift, and construction began in 1705, with financial assistance from Queen Anne. The project was quickly derailed by political infighting, resulting in the Crown cancelling further financial support in 1712, Marlborough's three-year voluntary exile to the Continent, his duchy's decline in influence, and long-term damage to the architect Sir John Vanbrugh's reputation.

Engraving on the Blenheim Palace was really awesome. We also took some pictures there as a memory. A panoramic view of Blenheim Palace was really amazing. Blenheim is set in a large undulating park that is a classic example of the English landscape garden movement and style.

It was evening, so we sat on the company cabs under the guidance of our teachers and moved towards our destination. At 10 pm we were at the Gatwick Airport. We said goodbye to our teachers and moved towards our houses. It was an informative and historic visit for all of the students. God bless you.
